Engsolution has been engaged by a multi-award-winning homes company, in collaboration with a leading Christchurch architectural firm, to deliver structural engineering design and construction monitoring for their latest showhome in the sought-after Casebrook subdivision.​

​The initial scope included foundation design, roof beam layout, and wall bracing. As the design progressed, the scope was expanded to include several additional beams and lintels, brick shelf angle details, and structural design for a covered service area. Due to multiple top plate and lintel height variations, particular attention was given to connection detailing for all structural elements.

This project has completed the design phase and is expected to commence construction shortly.
