This upcoming double-storey residence in Redmund Spur represents one of Engsolution’s most exciting high-end architectural projects.​

We engaged early with a multi-award-winning Christchurch-based architectural firm, holding a detailed kickoff meeting during the pricing stage to clearly define our scope. A 3D BIM model was implemented from the outset to ensure precise coordination of structural elements and levels across the complex hillside site.

The structural scope includes masonry block retaining walls for both the main structure and driveway, roof rafter design, steel portal frames, and a feature steel roof structure above the first-floor deck.
