Engsolution has been engaged by the client to provide structural design and construction monitoring for an exciting three-storey architectural duplex townhouse project located on Potters Hill Drive, Queenstown, with construction anticipated to begin in early 2026.​

The site offers stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Positioned on a sloping section, we collaborated closely with the architect to develop cost-effective solutions for site cuts and the overall structural scheme. A 3D BIM model was implemented early in the design process to ensure all stakeholders were aligned on the project’s scope and methodology.
