An exciting upcoming project in Lake Tekapo, this residence is currently in the design and detailing stage. Perched on a sloping site, the home offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding alpine snow-capped mountains.​

Due to its unique location, the scope of structural services is quite extensive. In addition to a site-specific wind and snow load (SED) assessment for the Lake Tekapo area, our team has been engaged to design key structural elements for both the main dwelling and external structures. These include external posts, bearers and joists for the decking structure, feature timber rafter detailing, and a timber slat balustrade system with associated fixings to the bottom chord of the attic trusses.
