Engsolution Consulting Ltd is delivering comprehensive engineering services—including structural, geotechnical, and civil design—for this three-storey, two-block multi-unit development near the town centre.

In close collaboration with a leading Christchurch architect, a 3D BIM model was implemented from the preliminary design stage to enhance coordination and construction efficiency.

The front block features a steel entry canopy, an internal staircase spine wall, and a solid barrier system. The rear block comprises masonry block external walls and an in-situ concrete floor on ComFlor metal tray decking, supported by portal frames and structural steel beams designed for fire stability.
